This unit is a compact and efficient wheel and underchassis cleaner where wheel soiling is not too heavy.
The wash unit is fully automatic and is operated through photoelectric sensors. The sensors in conjunction with timing relays operate a vertical multistage pump which delivers sufficient water under maximum pressure to clean wheels, tyres and underchassis.
The wash water is drained back into the recycle water tank where it is reused for the vehicle. Due to overspray and water being carried out by the vehicles, the recycle tank is topped up either by mains supply or a separate holding tank.
Waste matter is disposed off by means of an automatic sludge removal conveyor.
