Our fully bunded, trafficable Portable Vehicle Wash Mats can be used in any conditions to wash cars, trucks, buses, airplanes, boats, machinery or parts without creating an environmental risk.
A Portable Vehicle Wash Mat (standard size 6m x 2.5m) comes complete with a manual or automatic 12v pump box inclusive of battery, charger and 3m fluted hose for liquid disposal or recycling. The Portable Vehicle Wash Mat has removable heavy duty foam bund material which is held firmly in place with a heavy duty velco edge. The benefit of the removable foam bunding is that after a long and active life the bunded edges may need to be replaced, this can be achieved in minutes by the user without having to send the mat for repair or replacement. The specially selected foam allows the bunded walls to maintain their shape and quickly rebound to its original position when driven over. This minimises water loss when vehicles are driven on and off the mat. It is resistant to collapse, easy to dry out ready for the next use. Wastewater can be pumped directly into a small tank for a waste contractor to dispose of, placed on a lawn or garden area, or placed through an Oil/Water Separator an then placed down the sewer system or recycled depending on local council, state regulations and/or codes of practices.
These mats are perfect for car, truck, bus, machinery or parts detailing and cleaning. Especially if in a rented premises where a traditional washbay is not possible.
