PORTABLE WASH BAYS AND WASH MATS
Our fully bunded, trafficable portable wash mats can be used in any conditions to wash cars, trucks, buses, airplanes, boats, machinery or parts without creating an environmental risk.
A Portable Wash Mat comes complete with a manual or automatic pump box, dry cell 12 volt battery and charger for liquid disposal or recycling. The portable wash mat has removable heavy duty foam bund material which is held firmly in place with a heavy duty Velcro edge. The benefit of the removable foam bunding is that after a long and active life, the bunded edges may need to be replaced, this can be achieved in minutes by the owner without having to send the mat for repair or replacement. The specially selected foam allows the bunded walls to maintain its shape and quickly rebound to its original position when driven over. This minimises water loss when vehicles are driven on and off the mat. It is resistant to collapse, easy to dry out ready for the next use. Wastewater can be pumped directly into a small tank for a waste contractor to dispose of, placed on to a lawn or garden area, or placed through an Oil/Water Separator and then placed down the sewer system or recycled depending on local authorities' restrictions and/or codes of practices.
Our Portable Wash Mats can be manufactured in any size from 1.5m x 1.5m up to 50m x 30m.
With South Australia's water restrictions a Portable Wash Mat can be used in conjunction with one of our specially tailored Recycling Systems for your business or by connecting an Oil/Water Separator.
