The Oil/Water Separators combine three stage interception with a Vertical Tube Coalescing (VTC) technology. This makes it easy to use and service, less labour intensive and cost effective.
The Vertical Tube Coalescing technology used is an ideal means of facilitating superior flow characteristics, serviceability and durability. Small droplets are attracted to the polyethylene material in the separation section and once attached, they provide increased surface area to the tubes while attracting other smaller oil droplets.
These separators have been specifically designed to provide continuous free flow of oil and water mix within a contolled separating, non turbulant environment.
Standard treatment rates ranges from 720 to 20,000L per hour and custom systems can be manufactured to treat flow rates of more than 250,000L per hour.
Each unit comes with a Control System which are configured to meet Council requirements Australia wide. Plus all separator control systems can be designed and manufactured to meet intrinsically safe standards for hazardous areas.
