The Mobile Washdown Facility is designed and engineered in Australia to cater for the light and heavy vehicle fleet. Its fully automatic drive through system is designed to remove the build up of mud and dirt from the critical areas of the vehicle.
Regular cleaning is extremely important to help prolong the life span of a vehicle and its components especially in remote mining areas of Australia.
Instead of manually washing your fleet of vehicles where time and water usage is a major concern, just drive through and reduce both costs.
These units are fully mobile and can be relocated to another site and operational within a couple of hours unlike other fixed wash facilities.
Each unit can be designed and manufactured to suit individual requirements, which may become important if situated in a remote area and having to deal with the harsh Australian elements.
Each unit has multi directional spray nozzles fitted with adjustable swivel joints to target the wheel arches, brake calipers, general underbody, number plate, head and tail lights. Additional spray nozzles are located in the side spray bars. An electronic control panel provides adjustable wash cycles for your convenience.
The Mobile Washdown Facility can be fitted with either total loss or recycled systems.
